Apply for Rebate
1.Purchase a qualified product listed on rebate form within valid promotion
	period shown on rebate form.
2.Go to WorldwideRebates.com (http://WorldwideRebates.com) and enter the
	offer code shown on your rebate form to claim your rebate online
3.Upon the completion of online rebate form, you are required to print rebate
	form with all required information and sign on rebate form.
4.Mail in all required documents and the proof of purchase, including Signed
	Rebate Form, *Original* UPC Barcode Labe with Serial Numbers, and the Copy of Receipt/Invoice.
5.Upon the approval of rebate submission, you may expect to receive rebate
	check in 8-10 weeks.
6.You may also check the status of your submission at orldwideRebates.com
	anytime to track down your submission and rebate check.
7.To be eligible, submission must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase
	date.

	Terms and Conditions
1.The rebate offer is available to qualifying end-user purchasers of a
	qualifying product. If any terms and conditions are not met the rebate will be denied.
2.Limit One (1) rebate per qualifying rebate offer, per person, billing address,
	company, household and receipt/invoice/packing slip during the eligibility period, except were prohibited by law.
3.Only one (1) rebate application per envelope. No substitutions and/or re-
	submissions are allowed. Any request postmarked or received after the eligibility period will be denied.
4.All information collected will become property of GIGABYTE™ and will be
	used for future marketing and promotional purpose.
5.Return for credit is prohibited upon the removal of serial number and
	barcode label from retail box for rebate purpose.
6.GIGABYTE™ is not responsible for any delayed, lost, misdirect, incomplete,
	and/or postage due mails.

7.Failure to comply with the instructions and Terms and Conditions described
	herein will result in Disqualification of the rebate submission. GIGABYTE™ is not responsible and will not accept re-submissions due to no fault of the company.
8.Rebate right cannot be transferred and is not cash redeemable.
9.GIGABYTE™ reserves the right to audit any claims and to nullify any
	submission that cannot be substantiated. GIGABYTE™ reserves the right to amend the rules after promotion begins or to cancel this program without prior notices.
10.Please allow 8-10 weeks for check delivery. Rebate checks will be void if
	not cashed within 90 days from the issued date and such rebate rights are deemed to be waived.
11.Offer valid in United States / Canada participating partners only, and is
	void where prohibited, taxed, and/or restricted by law.
12.WARNING: use of fictitious names, multiple addresses to obtain
	additional rebates may constitute fraud and could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, §§ 1341 and 1342).
